AC Milan are interested in signing Inter target Andrea Belotti from Torino, but would wait until next summer to do so when his contract with his current club expires.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Granata captain is on the Rossoneri’s radar should he let his contract run out.

Belotti is being followed by the Nerazzurri as an option in their search for at least one more attacking arrival before the transfer window shuts, and he could be attainable in the next few weeks with his current club feeling that it would be better to sell him now for a fee than allow him to depart at the end of his contract next summer.

The 27-year-old’s current deal expires at the end of June 2022, and as of yet no agreement has been found with his club on an extension.

Should Inter forego signing Belotti this summer, then their city rivals could make a move for him next summer on a free transfer.
