Inter have made a late approach for young Sassuolo striker Giacomo Raspadori, but the Neroverdi have made clear that they have no intention of selling the 21-year-old this summer.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri have considered a push for Raspadori before the transfer window slams shut but that they have had their interest firmly rejected by his club.

Raspadori is a long-term target of the Nerazzurri, who have been linked with moves for him both this summer and in the future.

Given the situation at the club this summer, with the search still ongoing for at least one more attacking arrival following the departure of Romelu Lukaku, Raspadori has come back into consideration.

However, the Neroverdi do not want to part ways with the young striker at this stage of the window, and expect to depend on him during the Serie A season already underway.
