Inter do not want to complete their summer business with the signing of Lazio’s Joaquin Correa, and will move for Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca in addition to the Argentine.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportItalia, who report that the Neroverdi man could be the last piece of the puzzle as the Nerazzurri look to complete their attack before the summer transfer window closes.

Correa is the priority target in Inter’s search for an attacker, but they are also monitoring Scamacca who they consider to be a player with the right profile to complete the complement of attacking options available to manager Simone Inzaghi alongside the Argentine.

The arrival of both players would be hoped to give the right balance of technical attributes in forward areas following the departure of Romelu Lukaku.

The Nerazzurri have also made a late inquiry about another Sassuolo striker, Giacomo Raspadori, but the Neroverdi have made clear that he will not be sold during this summer’s transfer window.
