Inter are considering bringing in Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca on loan before the end of the transfer window.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the possibility of signing the 22-year-old from the Neroverdi was discussed yesterday, and that he could arrive on a €3 million paid loan with a €27 million option to buy.

Inter have now brought in two attackers following the departure of Romelu Lukaku, in the form of Edin Dzeko and now Joaquin Correa, but they may not be done their summer transfer business in forward areas, especially after Andrea Pinamonti leaves for Empoli on loan and with the futures of other young strikers at the club up in the air.

Scamacca remains a target to complete the complement of attacking options available to Simone Inzaghi as he looks to compete on multiple fronts, and a late swoop for him on loan cannot be ruled out.
