Turkish Giants Fenerbahce Interested In Inter’s Alexis Sanchez, Italian Media Report

Inter forward Alexis Sanchez could be on the way out at Inter before the end of the transfer window, with Turkish giants Fenerbahce have initiated contacts with the Chilean’s agent about a possible move.
This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the attacker’s agent Fernando Felicevich has received an offer from the Istanbul-based club to sign the player on a two-year contract.
Fernabache are putting forward an offer worth a net of €3-3.5 million per season to bring in the 32-year-old, though this would only account for around half of the total wages owed on the remaining two seasons left on his Inter contract.
As such, the Nerazzurri could have to pay the remaining season’s worth of wages out to him as severance pay should the deal take place.
Sanchez’s fitness issues have meant that the Nerazzurri are not certain of being able to rely on Sanchez’s availability, and they could allow him to leave even if it meant paying out part of his wages, though it also remains to be seen how serious the Turkish giants are and what the player’s response would be.
