New Inter signing Joaquin Correa has already made a positive impression after only a day at his new club, and impressed head coach Simone Inzaghi in his first training session.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Argentine has made an impactful start to life as a Nerazzurri player.

Correa arrived in Milan a couple of days ago and yesterday his signing from Lazio was officially confirmed, at which point he could begin the process of integrating with the team, something he wasted no time in.

In just one day, introductions were made and the 27-year-old had his first lunch with his new teammates, and then completed his first Inter training session.

During the training session, Correa showed why he was wanted by the coach, with whom he worked together successfully for three seasons while the pair were at Lazio together, and he already looks to be off to a strong start at Inter.
