Inter could decide to loan out young striker Martin Satriano before the close of the transfer window, and if they do then another forward would be brought in.

This according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.com, who report that the Uruguayan’s future is still being decided but that if he is allowed to leave then a replacement will be signed.

The Nerazzurri have already signed two forwards this summer in the form of Roma’s Edin Dzeko and Lazio’s Joaquin Correa, and Satriano could also become available as a regular forward option in the first team after his impressive preseason.

However, he could still be loaned out to gain experience before the window slams shut, with a number of teams interested in his signature and Cagliari in particular following him closely.

Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca would be a primary candidate to take Satriano’s place in the squad should he be loaned out, though the 22-year-old is also being considered by Cagliari should they not sign Satriano.
