Cagliari midfielder Nahitan Nandez will not be able to join Inter until another midfielder leaves.

As reported in today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport, young midfielder Lucien Agoume is set to join French side Brest on loan but his departure will not free up a place for the 25-year-old Nandez.

It’s impossible to see the Uruguayan midfielder join the Nerazzurri now, unless 20-year-old forward Martian Satriano is sent to Cagliari on loan. It seems more likely, however, that the young forward will remain until the January transfer window.

Eddie Salcedo could also depart, with both Genoa and Brest keen to acquire him.

Facundo Colidio and Valentino Lazaro remain to be sold as well; For the former, a move to Serie B or abroad seems likely, whilst the latter could join Benfica on a dry loan, although Borussia Dortmund are interested.

The transfer market closes next week on Tuesday, so Inter will have to work fast if they want to create space in the squad for Nandez.
