Data analysts Opta have taken to Social Media to highlight the alarming number of errors committed by Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic, after another mistake in yesterday’s win over Hellas Verona.

The Slovenian’s poor clearance allowed the Gialloblu to take an early lead, before a Lautaro Martinez goal and Joaquin Correa’s brace spared his blushes.

It came after he made a catalogue of errors last season, and Opta revealed that his four mistakes leading to goals since last term were more than any other player.

“4 – Since the beginning of the last Serie A season, Samir Handanovic is the player who made the most errors leading to goal (four). Uncertainty,” Opta tweeted.
