Data analysts Opta took to Social Media to reveal how devastating Joaquin Correa’s debut for Inter was, after the Argentine hit a brace in a 3-1 win over Hellas Verona yesterday.

Having arrived from Lazio this week, Correa made an immediate impact from the bench, with Opta reporting that he netted his first with only his sixth touch.

Meanwhile, the 27-year-old became the first player to score a debut league brace for Inter since Giampaolo Pazzini in 2011.

“1 – Joaquin Correa: He scored on his Serie A debut with Inter, with his 6th touch. 1st player to debut with a brace in Serie A with Inter since Pazzini (2011). One of the 2 Argentinian to debut with goal with Inter, in the 3 points era, together with Samuel. Decisive,” Opta tweeted.
