Inter’s acquisition of Joaquin Correa and Edin Dzeko have helped them recover from the painful summer departures.

As reported in today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, the management were quick to react on the transfer market, not wanting to be left caught out following the losses of Romelu Lukaku and Achraf Hakimi.

The Milanese club have done will given the difficult conditions, and the team have turned over a new leaf under coach Simone Inzaghi.

Inter have strengthened their squad as best as they could with Dzeko and Correa, with the latter being a very versatile player.

In an ideal starting 11, Correa would likely start behind both Dzeko and Lautaro Martinez, but the season is long and there will likely be a lot of different configurations used by Inzaghi.

Correa had a flying debut against Hellas Verona on Friday, scoring a brace in only 16 minutes on the pitch to secure the win for the Nerazzurri.
