Inter are set to officially announce a multi-year partnership with blockchain company DigitalBits as their new sleeve sponsor in the next few days, and will earn around €5 million per year from the deal.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the tech company are expected to join Socios.com and Lenovo in having their logos present on the Nerazzurri’s matchday kits this season.

Inter’s 26-year partnership with Pirelli ended over the summer at the end of their deal with the tyre manufacturer, and the club went in search of a new and more lucrative partner for their shirt sponsor with the aim of monetizing the Scudetto win as they look to meet financial targets.

Blockchain company Socios.com are the new front sponsor for their matchday shirts while Lenovo’s logo is present on the back of the shirt, but they will complete the ensemble with a sleeve sponsorship from DigitalBits.
