Cagliari are still interested in signing young Inter striker Martin Satriano before the transfer window slams shut, but the Nerazzurri have no intention of letting him go.
This according to SportItalia transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla, who reported in a tweet that the Rossoblu have had yet another inquiry for the 20-year-old turned down.
After an impressive preseason which followed a strong campaign with the Primavera team last season, Satriano appears to be in Inter manager Simone Inzaghi’s first team plans despite no shortage of suitors for him.
Cagliari are among the teams interested and appear to be continuing in their pursuit and hoping that they can convince the Nerazzurri with a a late push.
However, Inter have no interest in letting the player leave for Sardinia on loan this late in the window, and are keen on keeping him in their squad rather than seeing him depart before the deadline.
