Inter have not given up on signing Sassuolo striker Giacomo Raspadori, and could look to do so next summer.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri have laid the groundwork for a potential move for the 21-year-old in a year’s time.

Raspadori had been a target for Inter earlier in the summer, but the Neroverdi were ultimately not interested in parting ways with the young striker during the transfer window.

However, Inter have good relations with Sassuolo, and during the talks over the player the possibility was explored of a transfer taking place next summer for Raspadori who is considered a long-term target at the Nerazzurri.

Juventus are also among the clubs tracking the Sassuolo attacker, who could be the right profile for a second striker playing off of a main centre-forward, but the Nerazzurri could plan to make a serious push for him.
