Inter have opened up a new academy in Dubai, and are hoping that the move will expand their international audience in a growing market in the United Arab Emirates.

Inter Corporate CEO Alessandro Antonello spoke about the new project on the club’s official website, where he explains that the purpose of the move is to broaden the Nerazzurri’s commitment to youth development in football.

The Nerazzurri have several youth academies around the world, and the new one in Dubai will be the latest venture in looking to hone youth talent by the club.

The project is being launched in a partnership with Team Mind Sports Academy LLC, a startup which has providing football development and education in local areas as its focus.

The club hope that the project will extend their commitment to youth development and that they can become a real presence in the area with their new academy.

“The opening of this new Inter academy in Dubai is a move of strategic importance for us, reflecting the club’s continuing international development in a key market like the UAE,” Antontello said.

He went on, “We’re delighted to be embarking on this new adventure alongside Team Mind Sports Academy, who share our club’s passion for training and educating young people.”
