Inter Corporate CEO Alessandro Antonello has officially become a member of the Executive Board of the European Club Association.

This is announced by the ECA in a tweet from their official account, where they confirm that the Nerazzurri executive has been elected to serve on the board.

The shake-up of the ECA at the board level since the fallout of the attempt at a breakaway Super League in April continues, with the likes of Juventus, Barcelona, and Real Madrid still not represented with the association as they continue to press ahead with the project.

The association has elected three new board members, with Atletico Madrid CEO Miguel Angel Gil and Tottenham Hotspur President Daniel Levy representing Spain and Italy respectively within the organization’s board after having been elected as well.

Antonello comes in as the new representative from Italy, a move which had been anticipated and can now be officially confirmed.
