Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi has given an update on his condition following rumours of a minor injury, confirming that there is no problem and that he expects to be ready for the Nerazzurri’s clash with Sampdoria over the weekend.

Writing in his Instagram story, as reported by FCInter1908, the 26-year-old reached out to fans and told them that he has no injury problems.

Sensi will hope that this season can be a stronger one for him than last one, where he was ruled out for significant spells through injury, and he could be an important player for Simone Inzaghi as the former Lazio boss looks to get the best out of every member of his squad over the long season.

The midfielder has also failed to consistently break into the Italian national team due to injuries, and he will be disappointed not to be starting the World Cup qualifier against Lithuania, but he is nevertheless looking forward to Sunday.

“Guys it’s nothing!” the midfielder wrote. “See you at the stadium on Sunday! Forza Italia”
