Inter have not yet decided when they will discuss a new contract further with Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport, the club have not set a date to finalise the agreement with Marcelo Brozovic over the new deal that he hopes will see him earn €5 million a season and remain at the club beyond next summer.

His current deal will expire in June 2022 meaning he can negotiate with other teams for a new contract from January 2022. Clubs such as Paris Saint Germain are thought to be monitoring the situation very closely.

When that deal has finally been sorted out by all parties, the club will then finalise Lautaro Martinez’s new deal that is thought to be even closer to completion than Marcelo Brozovic’s.

After that, Nicolo Barella and Stefan de Vrij are also in line for new deals.
