The entourage of Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic is waiting to hear from the club so that they can enter contract negotiations for the Croatian, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by FcINternews today, Marcelo Brozovic’s father and agent were both in Milan a few days ago which many thought was a sign they are here to discuss the contract issues with the club.
It turns out that they were only in Milan to discuss issues around the EpicBrozo brand, one of the player’s personal businesses, rather than his future at Inter.
The pair have since returned to Croatia which suggests that no breakthrough with Marcelo Brozovic’s contract is imminent.
The Croatian midfielder will be out of contract in June 2022 which means the club must find an agreement with him quickly otherwise he will be able to leave for free, which would be a major problem for the club.
