Inter boss Simone Inzaghi is likely to continue playing his first choice back three partnership despite all three being involved for their countries in the international break, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the coach will be doing a lot of fitness balancing over the next few weeks because the Champions League group stage fixtures are about to kick into the calendar.
That is why many players will be rested on Sunday against Sampdoria so that they remain fresh for the match against Real Madrid in the Champions League on the following Wednesday.
The back three appear like they will not be tinkered with though. Milan Skriniar and Stefan de Vrij played in all three of their countries games during the international break but Simone Inzaghi is not worried about fatigue.
Alessandro Bastoni is the freshest of the three defenders.
