Inter are likely to move on from Ivan Perisic next summer, and their main target is likely to be one of Atalanta’s Robin Gosens or Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostic.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInter1908, who report that the Nerazzurri will pursue one of the pair to replace Perisic on the left should the Croatian depart at the end of his current contract.

Perisic’s current deal is set to run out at the end of June 2022, and given that he will be 33 next summer it is not currently likely that an extension will be agreed with the Croatian.

Atalanta’s Gosens was under consideration by the Nerazzurri over the summer just gone, but in the end was not moved for as Perisic and Federico Dimarco remained in the squad and the club lacked the funds to complete a deal for the German.

They could move for him next summer, however, with the player considering leaving the Bergamo-based club and his contract set to have only one year left on it during the next summer transfer window.

Meanwhile, Eintracht’s Kostic is another player who will only have one year on his contract next summer, and the 28-year-old has also been linked with Inter in the past including as a potential replacement for Perisic on the left.

Kostic was a major target for Lazio this summer but the Biancocelesti missed out on him in the end and he remained at his current club, and Inter could look to bring him in next summer as a replacement for Perisic.
