Inter defender Milan Skriniar has continued to receive immense praise for his incredible performance at the back dor Inter against Real Madrid on Wednesday night, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport whilst handing out their individual player ratings for the game, Milan Skriniar put in a defensive performance that was worthy of a clean sheet that he unfortunately was not able to achieve.
The Slovakian defender often found himself up against Brazilian winger Vinicius Junior, who is one of the fastest and most intricate dribblers of the ball in Europe. He kept the youngster very quiet throughout the game though, and earned himself a 7.5 out of 10 rating from the newspaper.
Milan Skriniar is expected to sign a new contract with the Nerazzurri in the very near future as he has no interest at all in playing elsewhere in Europe.
