Inter are expected to announce contract renewals for five different star players over the next few months if all goes to plan, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by Tuttosport today, Lautaro Martinez’s contract extension is very close to being announced by the club and will see him tied to the Nerazzurri until at least June 2025.
As is often the case at football clubs, the extension of one key player often leads others to follow suit as they know there will be a competitive team to be a part of and hopefully win trophies with.
That is why it is expected that new deals will also be signed by Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella in the midfield to continue their great partnership and two protect Nicolo Barella’s market value.
Then the impressive defensive partnership will be addressed, with Milan Skriniar and Stefan de Vrij signing new deals.
