An Italian football journalist has suggested that Inter are a very impressive team in terms of their physical prowess, according to a report in the Italian media today.

Whilst writing for La Gazzetta dello Sport, Luigi Garlando explained that Inter showed their physical endurance during the win over Fiorentina on Tuesday evening, as well as scoring from a set-piece once again.

“There was a test of the strength of Inter in Florence, who imposed their athletic power and scored once again from a free kick.

Luigi Garlando then went on to discuss how AC Milan rose to the challenge set by Inter and win their home match the next day against Venezia 2-0.

The goals in that game came from Brahim Diaz and Theo Hernandez, and Luigi Garlando believes the two Milanese clubs will be fighting for the Scudetto this season.

“Milan responded with the effectiveness of their pressing. It is on the basis of this diversity that the Milanese will duel for the Scudetto.”

The final team that the journalist discussed was Juventus who only won their first game of the season yesterday night against Spezia.

After leading, Massimiliano Allegri’s side fell 2-1 down. Goals from Federico Chiesa and Matthijs de Ligt turned things round.

“On the fifth attempt, Juve found their first victory and Allegri rediscovers the flavour of the 3 points in Serie A after 886 days.

“We remain convinced that Max, instead of obsessively seeking the solidity of Juventus, should try to exploit more and better the rich offensive battery he has, with a new set-up and a new spirit.

“It takes courage to recover so many points from so many opponents.”
