Inter has announced the opening of a new youth football academy that will be based in Chile and begin operating in October, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by FCInter1908, the Inter Academy Chile is a technical project that comes from the partnership with Soccer Camps United SpA, which is a Chilean company run by Dutch Soccer Camps United BV.

That company was founded by Jelle Beuker and Guido Ben Boubaker and specialized in the organization of football schools in collaboration with professional level clubs.

The aim of the academy will be to develop a network of schools across Chile that can give young Chilean footballers a chance to train, grow, and hone their skills in accordance with the Inter way of playing.

Inter has a rich tradition of Chilean players and there is currently Arturo Vidal and Alexis Sanchez in the squad for young players to look up to.
