Inter forward Joaquin Correa will be available for the Nerazzurri’s trip to Ukraine to face Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League group stage.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the Argentine is fully recovered from a bruise suffered during the Nerazzurri’s Serie A clash with Bologna and that he has been training with the rest of the squad ahead of the Shakhtar match.

Correa has missed the Nerazzurri’s last two matches against Fiorentina and Atalanta after a collision with Rossoblu defender Lorenzo De Silvestri forced him to leave the pitch in discomfort during the first half of the Bologna match.

However, he has fully recovered from the contusion to his pelvis, and has been training alongside the rest of the squad since the day before the Atalanta match.

The 27-year-old will be available for selection during the Nerazzurri’s trip to Ukraine, though it remains to be seen what capacity manager Simone Inzaghi will use him in.
