Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi will start the likes of Denzel Dumfries, Federico Dimarco, and Matias Vecino in the Nerazzurri’s Champions League clash with Shakhtar Donetsk.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the Nerazzurri boss is set to make three changes from the team which drew with Atalanta at the San Siro over the weekend.

Samir Handanovic will retain his place in goal, while the usual defensive trio will start in the backline, and Edin Dzeko and Lautaro Martinez are once again set to start alongside each other in attack.

In the wide areas, however, Dumfries and Dimarco will take the places of Matteo Darmian and Ivan Perisic respectively as the coach looks to freshen up the approach down the flanks.

In midfield, Hakan Calhanoglu is set to drop out of the starting eleven, with Vecino taking his place alongside Nicolo Barella and Marcelo Brozovic.

Sky’s predicted lineup is as follows:

INTER (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Brozovic, Vecino, Dimarco; Dzeko, Lautaro.
