Inter boss Simone Inzaghi has four elements of his team that he needs to address before they can become successful, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, there are four knots that need to be untied by Simone Inzaghi before he can guide Inter either to a Serie A title or to the latter stages of the Champions League.

The first is the reliance on Lautaro Martinez to score goals. He clearly needs his teammates to share the burden and so far it is just Edin Dzeko who is doing that effectively.

He also needs a third untouchable player in midfield to go alongside Nicolo Barella and Marcelo Brozovic.

He needs more continuity on the wings rather than rotating them in every single match, and the team needs to have a more ruthless edge, particularly in the Champions League this season.
