Intr fans could get a glimpse of the future with the Nerazzurri line up to face Sassuolo in Serie A on Saturday night, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported today by Tuttosport, the strike pairing of Edin Dzeko and Lautaro Martinez appears to very much be the present for Inter, but Sassuolo’s could be their future.

The two players being referred to are Giacomo Raspadori and Gianluca Scamacca who were both heavily linked with Inter over the summer transfer window.

Sassuolo CEO Giovanni Carenvali recently admitted that Inter CEO Beppe Marotta did speak to him about the two young Italians over the summer, but the two did not reach the point of discussing any figures.

Inter know that they will have to replace Edin Dzeko and perhaps Alexis Sanchez next year as they are well into their 30’s now, so the two Sassuolo youngsters are real possibilities.
