The injury that Joaquin Correa sustained in the away win over Bologna could keep him out of Inter’s starting eleven for tomorrow’s match against Sassuolo, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport today, the Argentine underwent a longer training session than the rest of his teammates yesterday.

This has been construed by many as meaning that his injury is still causing him problems and he was undergoing further physical examination from the coaches to see if he can play.

It was expected that the injury will be a thing of the past by the time the match against the Neroverdi came along, but that does not seem to be the case.

It will therefore likely be Lautaro Martinez and Edin Dzeko up front once again for Inter. Arturo Vidal may be used instead of Hakan Calhanoglu in midfield as well.
