Inter forward Alexis Sanchez has soured his relationship with his club with a social media outburst hitting out at the club for his lack of playing time, but the Nerazzurri are hoping that the relationship can be restored in the next few months.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who reported earlier this afternoon that the Chilean is still considered to be a part of the plans by Simone Inzaghi although the club will know that they must work to repair the relationship with the player or else consider offloading him in January.

Sanchez made the post to his Instagram story following the Serie A clash with Sassuolo where he was an unused substitute, in which he appeared to indicate that he is not playing enough.

The club decided not to fine the Chilean for the post, but they will look to find solutions with the player when he returns from the international break, and are angered by his actions.

Even if the tension remains, the 32-year-old could prove difficult to find a new club for in the January transfer window, as his high wages would put all but a few clubs off.

Teams in England, Spain, and Turkey have shown an interest in the former Arsenal man, but as of yet no concrete developments were ever able to come about during the summer and this could also prove to be the case in January due to the player’s high salary.
