Inter forward Alexis Sanchez caused some controversy with a social media post made after the Nerazzurri’s Serie A clash with Sassuolo over the weekend where he appeared to hit out at the club over the amount of playing time he has received this season.

However, as Italian news outlet FCInterNews reports, this is not the first such incident to come from the Chilean, who also expressed himself in a similar fashion while Antonio Conte was in charge at the club.

Sanchez made a post on his Instagram story where he appeared to suggest that the club has been misusing him after he was an unused substitute in the Nerazzurri’s 2-1 comeback win at the Mapei Stadium.

The incident led to some suggestion that there could be discord between him and the club, but in fact the 32-year-old has done the same thing in the past, also coincidentally after a game against Sassuolo, under Conte.

After this incident, where he similarly made a social media post implying that he was not receiving enough playing time before promptly deleting it, he reconciled with Conte, and could do the same with current coach Simone Inzaghi.
