Inter are looking to get a contract extension wrapped up for key midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, who is attracting the interest of Paris Saint-Germain.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the French giants are tracking the situation of the Croatian midfielder as the Nerazzurri look to find an agreement on a new deal with his current contract running out next summer.

Brozovic’s current deal is set to expire at the end of June 2022, and the Nerazzurri are desperate to avoid losing him on a free transfer next summer, especially given his status as a key player on the pitch.

The process of agreeing on a renewal for the 28-year-old has been underway, but as of yet no final agreement has been found.

PSG have already made the most of signing top players as free agents, with the likes of Gianluigi Donnarumma, Sergio Ramos, and Lionel Messi all arriving at the Parc des Princes this summer, and they could look to conduct a similar operation with Brozovic next summer should Inter not secure his future.
