Alexis Sanchez could leave Inter as early as the January transfer window which would allow the club to sign a new forward for the second half of the season, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, the outburst on social media from Alexis Sanchez after the Sassuolo game appears to have ended any good relations with the Inter hierarchy.
They are now very keen to get him off the books as he earns €7 million a season at Inter and does not provide anywhere near that level of worth to the side at this moment in time.
If Inter could find a way to get him out the door in January, they could make a move for a striker such as Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca, who the Nerazzurri tried to sign in the summer.
This would solve one issue before the next summer window comes around.
