Inter defender Stefan de Vrij could be on his way out from the club next summer, with clubs in the Premier League interested in him.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri may already have a replacement lined up for him in the form of Torino defender Bremer.

De Vrij had been linked to Premier League clubs including Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City during the summer, with his agent Mino Raiola reportedly having sounded out in the Dutchman.

In the end the defender remained at the Nerazzurri, but he could still be a target for teams in England next summer with Raiola continuing to probe the possibility of a move.

Should the 29-year-old leave, the Nerazzurri would make a move for Granata defender Bremer, with the Brazilian highly rated at the club but not likely to leave his current club until the summer transfer window.
