Inter’s squad is now filtering back into training from the international break, with Edin Dzeko and then the South American players set to be the last players to arrive.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that after today’s arrivals only Dzeko and the five players with South American national teams remain to return to the squad.

The three Nerazzurri players who had been with the Italian national team are now back, with Federico Dimarco in full training while Nicolo Barella and Alessandro Bastoni have been granted a bit of time to rest.

Meanwhile, six players from European national teams will return to the squad today, leaving only Dzeko among Europeans who still has to face Ukraine in a World Cup qualifier with Bosnia and Herzgovina.

The 35-year-old is set to return to the squad tomorrow, while the five players currently on international duty in South American will arrive directly in Rome prior to the first match back from the break against Lazio.
