Inter’s Serie A clash with Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday will be overseen by referee Massimiliano Irrati.

This is confirmed in an official announcement from Lega Calcio reported by FCInterNews, where the officiating team for the match is named.

Irrati will be assisted in his duties by Giuseppe Perotti and Domenico Palermo, while the role of fourth official will be filled by Gianluca Manganiello.

Paolo Mazzoleni will be the VAR referee while the assistant in the VAR booth will be Fabiano Preti, and the pair will look to ensure that any clear and obvious errors made by Irrati and his on-field assistants are overturned.

The Nerazzurri will hope that the focus is on the action on the pitch and not on any controversies related to questionable decisions by the officials as they look for three important points away at a major rival to keep their momentum going heading into the cycle of  matches after the international break.
