Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic is not currently fielding multiple contract offers from teams across Europe which will aid Inter’s bid to make him sign a new deal with the club, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by L’Interista, despite the supposed interest of wealthy teams such as Paris Saint Germain, Chelsea, and Manchester United, no one has made an official approach to the player’s entourage about acquiring his services.

A meeting was scheduled for today between Marcelo Brozovic’s father, who is also his agent, their lawyer, and executives from Inter to see if they can finally agree on a new salary for the midfielder.

The request from the player is for a salary of €6 million, but Inter will likely propose a deal of €5 million as well as bonuses.

The player is known to want to stay at Inter so an agreement will most likely be found.
