The entourage of Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic has very firmly stated that the player will not be negotiating with the club anymore, according to a report in the Italian media.
Whilst reporting on the touchline in Belgrade, a reporter from FirenzeViola.it was told in no uncertain terms by a member of the Serbian striker’s team that he will be leaving the club.
“We don’t want to negotiate the renewal with Fiorentina, that’s why we don’t talk to you journalists or to the club.”
It was recently announced by Fiorentina President Rocco Commisso that negotiations on a new contract for Dusan Vlahovic had ground to a halt and that there would not be anymore.
His current deal does not expire until June 2023 but it is widely expected that he will be leaving Fiorentina in the summer of 2022, or even as early as January if a suitable bid is made to the club.
Inter are one of many teams who have pursued the 21-year-old striker over the summer and still have an interest now.
