Inter are looking to make an attacking signing during the January transfer window, but they will first have to deal with the situation of Alexis Sanchez.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInter1908, who report that the Chilean’s departure would be the key to unlocking the pursuit of an attacking target in January.

The Nerazzurri have put reinforcing the squad in Janaury on the agenda, with the main attacking targets including Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca, Real Madrid’s Luka Jovic, and Torino’s Andrea Belotti.

The club are serious about moving for one of these strikers, although for as long as Sanchez is at the club they would be unlikely to make a deal for any of them.

The Chilean is on high wages, but he is also thought to be unhappy with his situation at the Nerazzurri especially due to his lack of playing time, and the club could look to send him on his way in January in order to make space for one of their other attacking targets.
