Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi will have to find ways to make sure his team do not leave an easy route to goal for Juventus in this evening’s Serie A clash.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that defensive solidity and especially cover in midfield will be key to the Nerazzurri boss’s approach.

Inter have not lacked goals early on in the season, despite the losses of Romelu Lukaku and Achraf Hakimi in the summer.

Inzaghi’s men have found the back of the net 23 games in just eight Serie A matches, with the team looking fluid and decisive in the final third around new striker Edin Dzeko.

However, with Dzeko in the centre-forward role the Nerazzurri have had to move away from the counterattacking style of play which was emphasized last season with Lukaku, committing more players to the attack to support the Bosnian.

Against the Bianconeri, Inzaghi will have to find the right way to get the best out of Dzeko while also making sure that his midfielders provide cover against the threat posed by Juventus.
