Inter could see the returns to the squad of midfielder Arturo Vidal and Joaquin Correa in time for Wednesday’s Serie A clash with Empoli.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the pair coud get past their respective problems which kept them out of yesterday’s match against Juventus in time for the match.

Vidal was a late withdrawal from the Nerazzurri’s squad to face the Bianconeri, with the Chilean having shown flu-like symptoms which ruled him out of inclusion in the squad during the morning of the match.

Meanwhile, Correa had been out due to a recurrence of a minor muscle problem which he had been carrying since the international break, but could be fully fit in time to play against Empoli when the Nerazzurri come up against the Tuscan side.

Ivan Perisic also suffered from a bit of fatigue when he came off in the second half of yesterday’s match, but his issue is not serious.
