Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi is expected to significantly rotate his starting eleven ahead of the Nerazzurri’s trip to Tuscany to face Empoli.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that Alexis Sanchez, Andrea Ranocchia, and Matias Vecino are among the players set to come into the side.

Inter are in a busy period of the fixture schedule and Inzaghi will want to ensure that he uses his entire squad during the net few matches in a short space to mitigate for possible issues of fatigue to the players.

To this end, Sanchez and Ranocchia could see their first starts of the campaign, while Vecino could come into midfield for his first start since the return from the international break.

The Gazzetta’s predicted lineup for the Empoli clash is as follows:

INTER (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, Ranocchia, Bastoni; Darmian, Barella, Brozovic, Vecino, Dimarco; Sanchez, Lautaro.
