Inter are set to play with a rotated starting eleven from the team that started against Juventus on Sunday when they face Empoli this evening, with the likes of Danilo D’Ambrosio, Federico Dimarco, and Alexis Sanchez to start.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the trio will take the place of Ivan Perisic, Edin Dzeko, and Milan Skriniar in their predicted eleven for the match.
Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi will look to use his full squad as the Nerazzurri are in a busy period of the fixture schedule, and he is set to give Sanchez and D’Ambrosio their first starts of the season in order to give a rest to some of his first-choice starters.
In midfield, Sky predict that the coach will give the start to Roberto Gagliardini, with Hakan Calhanoglu dropping out from the Bianconeri clash.
Sky’s predicted starting eleven for the match is as follows:
INTER (3-5-2): Handanovic; D’Ambrosio, De Vrij, Bastoni; Darmian, Barella, Brozovic, Gagliardini, Dimarco; Sanchez, Lautaro.
