Inter midfielder Arturo Vidal and defender Federico are likely to make their returns to the starting lineup when the Nerazzurri face Sheriff Tiraspol in the Champions League tomorrow.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who include the duo in their predicted starting eleven for the match with Simone Inzaghi expected to rotate his squad from the team that faced Udinese on Sunday.

Inter are in a busy period of the schedule and Inzaghi has already shown that he is not afraid to use his entire squad in important games as he looks to protect players from fatigue.

Vidal and Dimarco were both second-half substitutes in the Nerazzurri’s victory over Udinese in Serie A over the weekend, but both could play from the start in the vital Champions League clash in Moldova tomorrow evening.

The Gazzetta’s predicted eleven for the match is as follows:

INTER (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Dimarco; Darmian, Barella, Brozovic, Vidal, Perisic; Dzeko, Lautaro.
