Italian journalist Paolo Condo believes that Inter are in a good moment of form and will be able to get past the likes of Sheriff Tiraspol to progress to the Champions League group stage.

Speaking to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, the journalist praised the Nerazzurri for their recent form and suggested that they will be able to beat Sheriff in tomorrow’s Champions League match.

Inter have already beaten Sheriff, when the Champions League new boys visited the San Siro two weeks ago, but they will know that going to Tiraspol and facing them will be a different challenge.

However, the Nerazzurri will also be confident given that their last few results have been very positive, keeping clean sheets and looking dangerous in attack as they picked up 2-0 wins over the likes of Empoli and Udinese following a 1-1 draw against Juventus in which they’ll feel that they were unfortunate not to take all three points.

Condo stated that “I expect Inter to win tomorrow, they come from two excellent matches, they are doing well, and have found ‘new’ sources of goals from Correa, Dimarco and D’Ambrosio. After the draw I said I wanted the Nerazzurri to qualify and, giving all due respect to Sheriff, we saw fifteen days ago at San Siro that Inzaghi’s team are stronger.”
