Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic’s entourage are waiting to know more about the possible interest of Tottenham Hotspur before they consider extending his contract with Inter.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Premier League side could move for the 28-year-old now that Antonio Conte is in charge and that his entourage will not begin contract talks until they know more.

Former Nerazzuri boss Conte was officially appointed as head coach at Spurs earlier today, and he could look to raid his old club as he looks to strengthen the team.

Brozovic was a regular fixture in the Nerazzurri team under Conte and he could make the Croat a major transfer target.

The midfielder’s current deal is set to expire at the end of June 2022, and the Nerazzurri have made finding an agreement on renewal a priority, but so far the talks have not yet started.

With Tottenham now potentially looking to bring Brozovic in, his entourage will look to hear their proposals before they begin talks with Inter.
