The match official to be in charge of Inter’s first derby of the season against AC Milan on Sunday has been announced, with Daniele Doveri to be the referee for the fixture.

This is confirmed by the Nerazzurri’s official site, where the entire team to be in charge of the match is announced, as led by Doveri.

Matteo Passeri and Alessandro Costanzo will be Doveri’s assistants for the match, while the role of the fourth official will be filled by Ivano Pezzuto.

Massimiliano Irrati will be in the VAR booth to review decisions and correct errors made on the pitch, while he will be assisted in his duties by Mauro Vivenzi.

Doveri has officiated two Milan derbies already and both were won by the Nerazzurri, with a 2-0 win coming in September of 2019 and a 3-0 victory over the Rossoneri in February of this year also having been overseen by the referee.
