Inter defender Andrea Ranocchia made his first start for the Nerazzurri this season when he helped guide the team to a clean sheet and a win against Udinese on Sunday, and he’s staying prepared to help the team if he is needed again in their vital Champions League match against Sheriff Tiraspol.

The 33-year-old posted a picture of himself training for the match on his Instagram account, looking confident and poised as he gets ready for the challenges to come.
