Inter could face competition for the signature of Napoli captain Lorenzo Insigne next summer, with the likes of Everton and Paris Saint-Germain also interested in signing the 30-year-old.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that an agreement between Insigne and his current club is still far away but that the Nerazzurri are far from the only European team interested in bringing him in next summer.

There is still significant distance between Insigne and the Partenopei on finding a renewal agreement on a deal which is set to expire at the end of June 2022.

The Nerazzurri are reportedly strongly interested in signing the player next summer on a free transfer, and would be ready to offer the net €6 million per season plus a €7 million signing bonus and image rights that he is asking for.

Meanwhile, Premier League side Everton also have an interest in Insigne and could also offer a contract on the same economic terms that Inter could, while PSG are also considering him and would likely be able to offer a better contract than either.
